CAMP FEE, AGE LIMIT AND MAILING ADDRESS

AGE LIMIT: 10-24 years. 

​

CAMP FEE: Rs.3000/- per head, PAYABLE to INSTITUTE OF GURMAT STUDIES.

Transportation not included.

 

COACH FARE: If you want to use the  A/C Camp Coach from Delhi, please include Rs 1200/person along with the camp fee.

 

HOW TO PAY: In Cash or by Check/Bank Draft, payable to INSTITUTE OF GURMAT STUDIES.

 

§ All out-of- Delhi payments must be made by Bank Drafts, payable to INSTITUTE OF GURMAT STUDIES at New Delhi.

 

§ Do not send cash payments by post.

 

RETURNED CHEQUE FEE: Rs. 150/-

DEADLINE for receipt of Applications: May 31, 2019

 

CANCELLATIONS: 90% camp fee refund with written request, received latest by May 31, 2019

 

No refunds thereafter. Approved Refunds will be made within six weeks after the camp.

§ Applications will be considered on ‘first come first served’ basis.

§ Camp Management reserves the Right to decline any application without assigning any reason.

§ Camp fee will be refunded in full for unaccepted applications.

 

 

CAMP JOINING INSTRUCTIONS: A detailed list of clothing and other items to be brought to the camp will be mailed upon receipt of your Camp Registration Form.
